Disclosure of personal data
TRELOCK GmbH is entitled to pass on the personal data captured for the TRELOCK key service to TRELOCK Production GmbH, the enterprise commissioned by it to perform the work. The latter is entitled to capture, process and use the data for the performance and handling of key service orders, while respecting a data protection standard equivalent to that of TRELOCK GmbH.
We save the personal data you are transmitting to us only as long as they are required to fulfil the purpose for which these data were transmitted or as long as this is required by law.
All the data are saved on a specially protected server. Only a few employees and persons commissioned with website maintenance are authorised to access these data.
Right to information
According to the Federal Data Protection Act (BDDG), you are entitled to a free of charge disclosure of your saved data as well as where applicable a right to correction, blocking or deletion of these data.
