Research & Development
Inspired by well-proven TRELOCK Advanced Technologies, the engineers do not only develop TRELOCK branded products, which are assembled by the OEM, but also product projects that are individually defined and specified with the OEM partner in relation to mechanical, electronic, software and design features. The product solutions in the areas of locking and lighting systems, as well as display techniques, are innovative, intelligent and often integrated into the design of the bicycle.
TRELOCK products meet the quality requirements of the more important testing authorities and can therefore be certified with recognised international approvals accordingly.



Integrated Manufacturing Process / Quality Management
The TRELOCK Production Network includes qualified production sources. TRELOCK engineers audit, train and support all ISO-certified network manufacturing facilities, thus ensuring the high TRELOCK claim to the manufacturing and quality assurance process. Our production sources perform with the newest equipment and protect together with TRELOCK the technological know-how.



Worldwide Logistics
TRELOCK does not only ensure production and quality control process, but also coordinates worldwide logistics, working with qualified forwarding agents to deliver to OEM customers. TRELOCK runs SAP R3.
