Allegion’s TRELOCK is a system supplier for German and internationally leading bicycle brands. This statement suggests both tradition and dynamics. Together with our OEM customers, we work out individual solutions that consistently merge customised requirements on product design, electronics and software with the TRELOCK know-how.
With the Skybeamer, a cooperation development with Haibike (Winora-Group), TRELOCK again sets innovative standards. Why only master trails and demanding routes during the day? Haibike can now answer this question with a lighting system that can be used to master tours even at the deepest night. The lighting specially developed for e-bikes from Haibike, is the result of an exclusive collaboration and the result is impressive: Skybeamer, as the promising name suggests, is a beautifully shaped and integrated front lighting in three versions with 150, 300 or 5000 lumen output that turns night into day. With the Skybeamer 5000, an independent system with daytime running light has been developed, which has a 5000 lumen high beam in addition to the classic low beam. The light can be operated manually via the remote or fully automatically via a brightness sensor in the display. Of course, all variants have been developed in compliance with STVZO. The matching new rear light illumination is integrated in the dropouts or the carrier.
The TRELOCK engineers meet specifications by developing lights and bracket solutions that can be integrated into the respective design of the bicycle. Technology, shape and colour: anything is possible with TRELOCK. Our joint development projects produce solutions that become “state of the art” in the industry. Standards, which have proven their worth many thousand times over, are evolved from numerous innovations.
With the PROTECT-O-CONNECT® frame locks individual colour variations are easily possible. The design of the locks can be adapted in colour to the customer requests. Furthermore on special inquiry the plastic caps of the RS 452 PROTECT-O-CONNECT® are changeable in colour. Thus individual frame lock solutions can be integrated into the respective bicycle design.
The development of E-Bike technology has always been connected with the TRELOCK components knowhow. Displays supplied by TRELOCK are control units as well as the key of the E-Bike.
TRELOCK links up the various cycle components, e. g. the TRELOCK lighting systems, the informative display and the handlebar controls and makes it easy and comfortable to control these for user-friendly menu navigation.
The keyed-alike lock systems for E-bikes from TRELOCK convince with highest comfort. The TRELOCK lock solutions are intermateable with battery cases of leading suppliers. Hence there is only one key for the bicycle lock and the battery case of the E-bike. The lock cylinder is available for the battery cases mounted at the frame or under the rack.
This allows us to create integrated solutions in close cooperation with manufacturers, which continue to increase the range of functions, user-friendliness and active and passive safety.
HAIBIKE and TRELOCK developed an own light system which combines visual integration and innovative functionality into a harmonic ensemble for the first time. The eLight head light and the eString rear light are drafted that both of them are very tight to the frame and hence visually become a part of the frame. In addition the front light assimilates the lines of the frame whereas the rear light nearly dissolves due to its form and transparence.
In collaboration with LAPIERRE and RockShox TRELOCK developed the control unit for the fully automatic electronic shock absorption control unit e:i shock. For this joint project TRELOCK drafted the display, as well as the measuring and control electronics of the system. Following the successful introduction of the fully-automated damper system, e:i shock, a new and simplified line has been created with the e:i auto in a collaboration with the innovative partners. The system parts are not only developed in Germany by TRELOCK, but are also mounted in Germany.
